My overall experience of buying the house was not the best. As the house we have bought still has the tenants, living in it. The listing agent and the tenants are friends. Both are coworkers, both are real estate agents of the same company. They prolonged the process of closing on the house with all the means they had to satisfy their interests. It took us almost a year!!! to close.
